Gochujang Mayonnaise
Korean Recipes
This is one of my favourite dipping sauces because its so simple, versatile and packs a sweet-sour, and spicy smack. I serve it in my restaurant Seoul Bird. It's a popular favourite with our Korean Fried Chicken, and tater tots— our version of hash browns. Why not try it with my Chicken Meatballs recipe? Another street-food winner.
